Battenberg cake
A show-stopping twist on a classic! My Battenberg Cake is made with soft almond sponges, one tinted in signature pink for that iconic two-tone look. Filled with pink almond buttercream.
The cake is finished in smooth white and pink buttercream and topped with a ring of beautifully piped swirls, glossy raspberry jam, and mini Battenberg slices—an irresistible centrepiece for Christmas.
